Ingredients

  • 1 oz Pierre Ferrand cognac
  • 1 oz Bottled-in-bond rye
  • ½ oz Banane du Brésil
  • 1½ tsp Demerara syrup
  • Absinthe rinse
  • 1 dash Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • 1 twist Lemon

Rinse chilled Old-Fashioned glass with absinthe and dump. Stir remaining ingredients over ice, then strain into glass. Express lemon twist over drink and discard.

  • ¼ oz Bénédictine
  • ½ oz Orange juice
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • ½ oz Orgeat
  • 1 twist Orange

Shake with ice then strain into coupe. Garnish with orange twist.

  • 1½ oz Black rum
  • ¾ oz Campari
  • ½ oz 2:1 Demerara syrup
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • ½ oz Lime juice
  • 1 wheel Lemon
  • 1 wheel Orange

Shake with ice then pour into icy bird. Garnish with speared lemon and orange wheels.

  • 1 oz Carpano Antica vermouth
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 twist Orange

  • ¾ oz Cointreau
  • ¾ oz Lime juice
  • ¼ oz Agave
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 wedge Lime

Rim half of glass with salt. Shake with ice then strain into double rocks glass over ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
